Everyone is a W-2 employee. Compensation is a mixture of a base salary + commission. And each salesperson can earn a company vehicle.
Our goal for every sales rep is for them to earn $100,000 or more with no cap. Frankly, the minimum compensation for sales reps should be $50,000. If you walk into an apartment complex in your first month and knock down a 400 square roof, it’s yours. And every person in our company is going to help where needed.
