CONSULTATION
Contact us by phone, email or the contact form on our website. We’re dialed in and available to help you.
We’ll listen to your concerns and needs and schedule one of our highly trained roof consultants out to meet with you and discuss your situation in person.
INSPECTION
One of our highly trained roof consultants will come out to your property to inspect your roof, gutters, ventilation and often look in your attic. We’ll look for potential leaks resulting from things like cracked or missing flashing, caulking, shingles and more. We’ll take pictures and make notes so we can discuss your roof with you when we complete the inspection.
In some cases, we may fly one of our drones if the roof is exceptionally steep, high or otherwise potentially unsafe to walk on.
PROJECT APPROVAL
If you are using financing, your consultant will provide you with your options. If you have an insurance claim, we’ll walk you through the insurance process in order to ensure that your insurance company is following industry standards, building codes and upholding the expectations of your policy.
Once we get the green light, we’ll pick out the material and color and as soon as you pay the deposit we’ll get your job on the production schedule
Installation
Most residential roofing projects can be completed in one or two days. We’ll show up early, protect and cover your plants and landscaping, remove the old roof, inspect the decking and replace any that is damaged or in a non-nailable surface.
We’ll install synthetic underlayment, and ice & water shield in the valleys, on the eaves and around all penetrations. As well as drip edge and gutter apron on the perimeter of the roof, we’ll also install starter shingles. Once all that prep work is completed, we’ll put down the shingles that you selected for your roof.
FOLLOWUP
Your consultant, who has been with you from the beginning, will come out and QC the job, pick up any leftover materials and discuss any concerns or questions you may have.
After you are satisfied with the completed job and we have collected final payment, we hope you will have had a 5-Star experience you want to share with others.
